1) Send a blank email to: brbc-subscribe@topica.com
2) Look for the "invitation" email from Topica. Check your Junk folder if you do not receive it.
3) Send a 'reply' to the Topica invitation to activate your subsription.

4) You are successfully subcsribed when you receive a "welcome" message from Topica.
